Akanch
Akanch is a 2000 sq. ft. residential row house located in a quiet residential pocket of
Pune. Designed as a study in restrained minimalism, the project demonstrates how
disciplined design and thoughtful material choices can create spaces that feel both
powerful and serene.
The design is anchored in a muted grey and earthy palette where natural materials and
textures take precedence over ornamentation. Seamless micro topping flooring runs
throughout the house, establishing visual continuity while dissolving spatial
boundaries. Instead of relying on decorative excess, the home builds its identity
through tonal layering, textural depth, and sculptural design gestures.
